Chablis Grand Cru "Les Clos" 2023

Les Clos is the estate's most prized holding, only a dozen Chablis producers have vines in this famous Grand Cru vineyard overlooking the village.

From sixty-year old vines planted by the Bouchards' grandfather, this is a rich, beautifully deep and complex Chablis — aged in French oak barrels for 18 months before bottling. Enjoy now (but give it some air before drinking) or cellar for a couple of years.
