Chablis "À l'Ouest" 2023

Village Chablis from a single-parcel that produces such good fruit the brother’s refer to this as a “mini” Premier Cru. It’s a unique wine for the domaine: unfiltered and unsulfured, a more free and immediately expressive wine than the rest of the lineup.

The cuvée’s name is a double entendre:  it’s from the western-most parcel that the brothers own, but to be “a l’ouest” in French means to a little bit “out there” and this natural wine is a stylistic departure for Enclos. Ready to open now!
