Chablis 1er Cru "Montmains" 2023

One of the domaine’s most prized Premier Cru holdings, their fifty-year old vines in Montmains produce serious age-worthy Chablis.  The rest of the Enclos wines that you’ve received in this shipment are in aged in stainless steel tanks, Montmains is in one of the few wines they put in French oak barrels for 18 months before bottling. You could open this now and give it some air before drinking, or wait a few months or even a couple years — it will only gain in complexity.
