ABV: 18.3%
Composition: 25% Cognac (95% Ugni Blanc, 5% Colombard) + 75% Grape Must (Merlot / Cabernet Sauvignon)
Aged in: Press-house Cellar

Steve Ury's Tasting Notes:

"This opens with a lovely nose of golden raisins and some funky stewed fruit notes. This is a flavor monster with sweetness and acidity balanced with a good hit of rancio trailing off with a light bitterness, very close to a Tawny Port. On the finish it’s surprisingly dry with great fortified wine notes.  Just lovely and extremely drinkable. This is one I will be stocking up on."
