Les Barils Rosé 2021 (Club Release)

A deep and rich barrel-aged rosé from “Les Barils” vineyard Pinot Noir. Bryan has forgone the traditional Champagne rosé method of blending white and red wine in favor of the “saignée” method — where a slight skin maceration of the Pinot takes place before pressing — giving a beautifully dark, violet rosé color. Only 80 cases total produced, exclusively for us and his other American importer.
