Les Barils 2021 (Club Release)

A single-parcel Champagne from the “Les Barils” vineyard overlooking the Marne River, this is a blend of organically-farmed Chardonnay/Pinot Noir. Bryan ages the wine in a mix of large stainless steel tanks and oak barrels for one year, then the Champagne is bottled and aged for two years sur lattes before being released. A beautiful, linear expression of Barils compared to the richness of previous vintages.

Like previous vintages, this is still a veritable Swiss Army knife of a bottle — equally at ease being popped at parties or enjoyed at the table...
