Hontambère 1997

"If you liked the Hontambère 1985, then you should have a closer look at the new 1997! Very close in style, but more fruity and a bit less impact from the cask. In a side by side comparison, you can clearly taste the common origin, much more than with 1983 and 1989 (which were more on the woodier side of Pouchegu).

For this release we teamed up with Sebastian Renner and Jens Fischer from ArmagnacAuction.com. We’ve first met them at our first Whisky Fair in Limburg in 2022 and immediately bonded over our shared passion for spirits."
