"I wanted to make sure we had a more affordable option as well, and this one really fits the bill. The nose is coffee and caramel. The palate is lightly sweet with some bourbon and vanilla notes. Later in the palate it turns earthy and that earthiness lasts into a long finish. I call this one Earth Candy because it has a great balance of sweet and earthy.

I do want to be clear that, while both of these are delicious, they aren't the big, woody “bourbon lovers’” Armagnacs that some folks associate with Armagnac. These are traditional profile Armagnacs – with prominent fruity, spicy and earthy notes."
