Guilhem Grosperrin is the arguably world's finest Cognac hunter. Armed with an incredible network and an even greater palette, he has built his reputation over the last 20 years unearthing barrels of vintage Cognac hidden deep in professional and private cellars across the region.

His expertise goes beyond simple selection, however. Guilhem is an expert "éleveur", someone who ages spirits in their own cellar. The Cognac Grosperrin cave in the town of Saintes is a veritable treasure trove of vintage spirits, a living history of the Cognac region captured in barrels and demi-johns.
